The present invention relates to a surgical medical device. The surgical medical device, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a trigger part which has one or more lever; a sensor body which is movable by means of the trigger part and has a magnet on the end part thereof; a detection part which perceives the distance with the magnet of the sensor body; a shaft which has a plurality of magnets disposed in the circumferential direction thereof and has a through-hole formed in the length direction thereof; a motor part which has a conductive coil arranged to be spaced apart on the circumference of the shaft; and a control part which receives, from the detection part, the distance between the magnet of the sensor body and the detection part and, when the distance becomes farther, decreases the amount of current to the conductive coil, and when the distance becomes shorter, increases the amount of current to the conductive coil; a driving part which rotates by being driven by the motor part; and a power part which supplies power to the control part, wherein the driving part forms a passage with the through-hole of the shaft so as to enable a wire pin to be penetratingly inserted therein. |
