A visual focus detection method and system. The method and the system, by means of acquiring the time sequence of each focus point and the corresponding pupil diameter sequence during a visual focus process, draw a focus change curve on the basis of the correspondence between said time sequence and said pupil diameter sequence; on the basis of preset time parameters and preset pupil diameter parameters, divide the focus change curve into four focus stages; and, on the basis of the time duration and pupil rate of change, implement numerical analysis of the focus stages. Quantitative calculation of each stage of visual focus can be implemented, and the process of focus change can be comprehensively, systematically, and quantitatively delineated. |
