FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to physiotherapy and otorhinolaryngology, and can be used for treating chronic catarrhal pharyngitis. For doing so a patient is placed in sylvinite physiotherapeutic room equipped with devices. They include two wall block panels made of sylvinite with common reaction surface equal to 9 m, as well as two salt filter of septal type made of wood with mineral fragments attached to the inner walls. Procedures are performed within 10 days during 3 hours daily. Additionally the room is sprayed with 3% sylvite solution 4 times, namely in the first, fourth, seventh and tenth days of treatment.EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness as a result of activation of local humoral and cell factors of mucosae protection due to complex effect of aerosol particles of sylvinite and sylvite solution to all links of disease process.1 cl, 3 ex
