PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a regulator circuit in which back flow of current hardly occurs.SOLUTION: A regulator circuit of an embodiment comprises: a first MOS transistor connected to a power source current path; a regulator control circuit for controlling the first MOS transistor for maintaining a constant output voltage; a second MOS transistor which is disposed in a range from an input terminal to the first MOS transistor, on the power source current path; and a switch control circuit for, when current flowing the power source current path becomes a back flow state, or when the current flowing the power source current path becomes a state of immediately before becoming the back flow state, turning off a switch of the second MOS transistor. The second MOS transistor is connected to the power source current path so that a current passing direction of a body diode becomes opposite to a current passing direction of a body diode of the first MOS transistor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
