FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for manufacture of blades of fans of foamed polyurethane materials. In the method, according to which in the matrix of the specified shape, made of impregnated with epoxy resin-fibre material, workpiece is placed from glass-fibre material and power processing under pressure during the placing workpiece in matrix is impregnated with a mixture of elastolite and isocyanite selected at a ratio of 1:1, wherein mixing elastolite and isocyanite is performed directly before impregnation billet, and power workpiece for shaping it as fan blades under pressure of 290-350 kPa is carried out for 30 s after placing workpiece in matrix the specified shape with further pause of at least, during 30-40 minutes prior to extraction of finished blades from the matrix.EFFECT: technical result consists in simplification of method and higher safety.2 cl, 1 dwg |
