PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment apparatus capable of operating a pressurizing pump at a minimum required power consumption in the case where a consumed water amount of permeable water becomes smaller in a demand place.SOLUTION: A water treatment apparatus comprises: a membrane separation apparatus 5; water level detection means 8 for detecting a water level of a reservoir tank 7; and a flow rate control part 10. In the membrane separation apparatus 5, primary sides of n steps of reverse osmosis membrane modules are connected in series, and secondary sides of the n steps of reverse osmosis membrane modules are connected in parallel such that permeable water W2 sent out from each reverse osmosis membrane module circulates through a common permeable water line L2. The water treatment system comprises: n pieces of connection lines connecting each reverse osmosis membrane module and the permeable water line; and opening/closing valves 14, 15 capable of opening/closing connection lines. A flow rate control part 10A controls opening/closing of opening/closing valves 14, 15 such that the number of open valves of opening/closing valves 14, 15 becomes smaller as a detected water level value of water level detection means 8 becomes higher.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
