PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surgical instrument for artificial knee joint replacement capable of further easily performing an operation work and reducing an operation time in artificial knee joint replacement.SOLUTION: A resection direction guide part 11 is attached to a main body part 13. The main body part 13 includes a rotation position adjustment mechanism 29 that adjusts a rotation position of the resection direction guide part 11, and a longitudinal position adjustment mechanism 30 that adjusts a longitudinal position of the resection direction guide part 11. The rotation position adjustment mechanism 29 rotates the resection direction guide part 11 with respect to a resection surface 100b by fluctuating the resection direction guide part 11 together with the longitudinal position adjustment mechanism 30. The longitudinal position adjustment mechanism 30 moves the resection direction guide part 11 with respect to the resection surface 100b in a longitudinal direction of a human body by moving the resection direction guide part 11 with respect to the rotation position adjustment mechanism 29 in the longitudinal direction of the human body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11 |
