The object is to obtain a tire component that has no defect caused by air insertion in an uneven portion and gives no defective external appearance caused by the uneven portions through laminate molding a belt-shaped rubber. A molding device has a rubber extruder (10) having a mouthpiece (14b) with a rhombic cross-section, and upper and lower rollers (21), (22) rolling a belt-shaped rubber (RG) with the rhombic cross-section extruded through the mouthpiece (14b) into a hexagonal cross-section. The upper and lower rollers (21), (22) mold the belt-shaped rubber (RG) with the rhombic cross-section so as to have a hexagonal cross-section having a ratio between distance a and width b (a/b) of 0.73 or less where the distance a is from the center line to a side part in a width direction of the belt-shaped rubber RG and the width b is from the center line to an edge part in a width direction; and a ratio between width c and thickness d (c/d) of 2.98 or more where the width c is of the side part and the thickness d is from the center to a surface in a thickness direction at the central part of the belt-shaped member.
