The present invention relates to a three-dimensional city modeling system and method for creating a traffic noise map. More specifically, the three-dimensional city modeling system and method for creating a traffic noise map have high precision by combining aviation data calculated by using LiDAR technology with numerical data provided from geographic information system (GIS), and calculating accurate elevation data of traffic and buildings.
