The present invention relates to a globe valve comprising: a valve body in which a penetrating passage is formed; a stem connected to be lifted and lowered by crossing from a penetrating passage to the outer circumferential face of the valve body; a cylinder connected to the valve body and providing a driving force which can lift and lower the stem pneumatically or hydraulically by receiving the stem protruding from the outer circumferential face of the valve body; a piston connected to an end of the stem received in the cylinder to convey pneumatic or hydraulic pressure sent to the cylinder to the stem; a disk connected to an end of the stem positioned in the penetrating passage to close the penetrating passage when the stem is driven; and a tube connected to the outer circumferential face of the disk to expand when the stem is lowered, by which air tightness is improved as the tube coupled to the disk expands when the valve is closed and repairing is easy since the tube is damaged instead of the disk.
