AIR CLEANER

The present invention relates to an air cleaner which increases dust particles assembled at the lower end of a cyclone to enhance particle collection ratio and cleaning performance. The air cleaner of the present invention comprises: a case forming an air inlet and an air outlet at a front side and a rear side, forming a dust chamber having a dust drawer in the lower part of the inside, and forming a rising air inflow chamber, having a vertical open path at a rear side, in the upper part of the inside; one or more cyclones vertically mounted within the case to make the dust chamber communicate with the rising air inflow chamber and connecting an upper circumference to the air inlet and an air suction duct; a blowing unit provided at the rear side within the case to forcefully suck the external air via the air inlet and to discharge the air to the outside via the air outlet; an electrostatic filter installed in the lower part within the cyclone to collect the dust particles; an anion generator mounted in the lower end of the cyclone to generate anions into the cyclone; and a control unit connected to the blowing unit and the anion generator.
