PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine the quality of power generation performance of unit power generation means, without providing a performance inspection facility separately.SOLUTION: When all strings 2 are connected with a power conditioner 5, a data collection unit 11 collects the measurement data of DC power, solar radiation intensity, and ambient temperature from the power conditioner 5. Subsequently, when only the string 2 of performance inspection object is disconnected from the power conditioner 5, the measurement data is collected similarly from the power conditioner 5. Thereafter, the string 2 of performance inspection object is connected again, and the measurement data is collected similarly from the power conditioner 5. A determination unit 12 determines the quality of the string 2 of performance inspection object, based on the power in term of reference state, calculated based on the measurement data. |
