The present invention relates to a carrier for biocatalyst immobilization, containing an Iron (III) oxide (Fe_2O_3) yolk-shell structure, an immobilization enzyme using the carrier, and an increase in stability of enzyme and also stability in an organic solvent by cross-linking the enzyme. According to the present invention, the biocatalyst immobilization carrier and the immobilized enzyme can be reused and show improved stability. Thus, reactivity, pH, and a temperature can be easily regulated, and the carrier and the enzyme can be widely used in various biochemical engineering industries. |
