PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly reliable superconducting current lead in which a superconducting wire and a metal electrode are prevented from being brought into contact to each other to be damaged.SOLUTION: A superconducting current lead 10 includes a tape-like superconducting wire and a metal electrode 13 to which one end part 11a of the superconducting wire is joined. The superconducting wire is joined to a joining surface 132 via a solder 140, the joining surface being an inside side surface of a fixing groove 130 of the metal electrode. The superconducting wire extends from an opening edge 135 of the fixing groove 130, and the opening edge 135 has a chamfered shape. |
