PURPOSE: A portable terminal charger including a built-in charging circuit is provided to indicate easily a charging state of a battery by installing a detector into the portable terminal charger. CONSTITUTION: A portable terminal charger including a built-in charging circuit includes a power converter, a charging unit(300), a display unit(500), a current detector, and a contact/non-contact detector(600). The power converter is used for converting the external power to the charging power. The charging unit(300) provides the converted power to a contact part(350). The display unit(500) is used for displaying a charging state. The current detector is used for detecting the flow of current between a charger and a battery of a portable terminal. The contact/non-contact detector(600) is used for recognizing the portable terminal to drive the display unit(500).
