The invention relates to a connector for connecting a flexible flat conductive strip (1, 1', 15, 15') comprising a plurality of parallel conductive tracks (10), in particular for strips having light-emitting diodes. The connector comprises a frame suitable for receiving and holding the end of said strip in a general plane and a plurality of electrical connection elements, each provided to provide an electrical connection with a conductive track of the strip. Each electrical connection element (3) comprises a slot (32) for inserting and clamping one end (14) of a conductive track (10) therein in a longitudinal direction (XX) so as to provide an electrical contact between the connection element and said track by clamping, and the connector (2) comprises a blocking means (41, 42) for blocking said end (19) of the strip, said blocking means being provided so as to be used after inserting the ends of the tracks of the strip into said slots (32). |
