The method involves storing a defined dose of an injection solution (1) e.g. water, in an interior (157) of a container (151) of a needle syringe (150) held in a bored stopper (131). A cylinder interior is connected to the container interior in gas-tight and liquid-tight manner through the bored stopper. A cylinder/piston unit is filled by pulling back a piston or by pressing a needle syringe piston (153) movable within the interior of the container, where a disposable injector (4) comprises the cylinder/piston unit with a cylinder and the piston.
