A cover apparatus and method are suggested. The cover apparatus comprises: a cover membrane which covers an object; a pipe material which is detachably mounted in the cover membrane and presses the cover membrane using the weight of fluid received therein; and a pressing member which maintains the internal fluid by pressing the pipe material. Therefore, the present invention fixes the cover membrane without a weight.
