摘要 The present invention relates to an automatic control system capable of easily and accurately controlling a magnification of an optical zoom lens and optimal illumination brightness at magnification, wherein the optical zoom lens is installed in an inspection device to inspect an appearance of a product produced in various fields including various electric components such as a semiconductor, an LED, and a PCB or other machinery components. According to the present invention, a driving system for a zoom lens installed in the inspection device is additionally separated from a control system for illumination. The automatic control system automatically controls the zoom lens and the illumination at the same time at the optimal illumination brightness in accordance with the selected magnification based on a preset profile, to solve a problem of the inspection devices in an existing invention which cannot easily perform accurate control, and has an inconvenience wherein an illumination suitable for the magnification and the magnification of the zoom lens are individually and separately adjusted. The automatic control system for an illumination and an optical zoom lens of an inspection device using a profile accurately and easily controls the illumination brightness optimal to the magnification and the magnification of the zoom lens through a simple control wherein a user selects a desired magnification.
