<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To deflect a center of a pitch oscillation of a singing voice from the pitch of the singing voice when adding vibrato to the singing voice. <P>SOLUTION: A pitch detection section 151 detects a pitch from a singing voice signal. A constancy determination section 152 determines whether the pitch detected by the pitch detection section 151 is constant or nor. When it is not constant, a reset signal is output to a counter. A pitch conversion amount determination section 153 reads out a value of a current time from the counter and reads out a depth value, a frequency value and an offset value associated with the value from a storage section 16, and a pitch conversion amount is calculated based on these values.
