The present invention relates to an antistatic surface-protective film which shows little contamination in a target and degradation after curing while having excellent antistatic peeling performance. An adhesive layer (2) consisting of an adhesive composition is formed on one side of a substrate film (1) made of a transparent resin. The adhesive composition includes: (A) at least one type of (meth)acrylate ester monomers having 4-18 carbon atoms of the alkyl group; (B) an acryl-based polymer of a copolymer including at least one type of copolymerizable monomers containing a hydroxyl group while not including a copolymerizable monomer containing a carboxyl group; (C) isocyanate compound having two or more functions; (D) a crosslinking accelerator; and (E) a ketoenol tautomeric compound. A peeling film (5) laminated with a peeling agent layer (4) is bonded onto the adhesive layer. The peeling agent layer (4) includes a peeling agent and an antistatic agent mainly composed of dimethyl polysiloxane.
