Disclosed are a rotating mold for manufacturing a pipe prepared with a spiral rib, a device for manufacturing a pipe, and a method for manufacturing a pipe. The rotating mold for manufacturing a pipe prepared with a spiral rib is prepared on the back of an extruder on an in-line of an extrusion-type pipe manufacturing device for manufacturing a pipe prepared with a spiral rib on the inner circumference and comprises: a rotation axis; a mandrill which is detachably prepared in front of the rotation axis; and a housing part which covers the rotation axis and mandrill, while being prepared with a resin transfer pathway separated from the rotation axis and mandrill in at least one portion of the interval. At least one groove, which is separated from each other along the radial direction of the mandrill, is prepared on the outer circumference of the mandrill. According to the present invention, a pipe prepared having a spiral rib on the inner circumference can be easily manufactured with excellent productivity by using an extrusion method.
