Herein, the aperture units (15, 16) are integrated with the glass substrate (11) and the lens layers (12, 13) in advance, and it is possible to definitively prevent a shift in the lens (10) and aperture unit (15, 16) positions, irrespective of the state of formation of a holder member (40).
