Disclosed are rendering apparatus and method. The method comprises the following steps: receiving resolution information including resolution factors individually corresponding to an optimal resolution, the number of multi-samples, and a plurality of images for rendering the images configuring one frame; rendering the images at the optimal resolution; and controlling each resolution of the rendered images based on the resolution factors and the number of multi-samples.
