The present invention relates to an organic light emitting display device which can increase a compensation margin without increasing capacity of a memory storing a compensation value. The organic light emitting display device according to the present invention includes a timing control part which has a compensation value storage area for storing a compensation value for one shift selected from a positive shift and a negative shift of a threshold voltage generated according to a driving time elapse of a driving transistor constituted in each of a plurality of pixels, and generates pixel data by applying the compensation value stored in the compensation value storage area to input data.
