The present invention relates to an extract of red pepper seed with anticancer function and, more specifically, to an extract of red pepper seed or of germinated seed with anticancer function which is an extract of a red pepper seed or of a germinated seed extracted from distilled hot water, and has the effects of attacking gastric cancer cells. In addition, a purpose of the present invention is to provide a new usage method for red pepper seeds. More specifically, the purpose of the present invention is to provide extracts of red pepper seed with anticancer function and food with the function thereof.
