APPARATUS AND SYSTEM FOR ALLOCATING USER USING USER'S CALL PATTERN AND METHOD THEREOF

The present invention discloses an apparatus for arranging subscribers, a system and a method for arranging subscribers which arrange the subscribers having a call pattern which frequently makes a call on the same session control (SC). The apparatus for arranging subscribers according to the present invention, comprises: a front end part for providing an access control as an initial access point of a user terminal; a load distribution part for arranging a SC part performing a SC according to the state of a user load with respect to the user terminal; a subscriber arrangement part for analyzing the call pattern of a first user terminal and a second user terminal which frequently make a call using a call history of the first user terminal, and processing a subscriber arrangement by arranging the analyzed first user terminal and the second user terminal on the same SC part; and the SC part for performing the SC for the user terminal arranged by the subscriber arrangement part and performing a service triggering. According to the present invention, the SC directly connects a call of users without routing processing, thereby shortening a call processing and time.
