The present invention relates to an apparatus, a method, and a system for simultaneously performing blood collection of a user and measurement of the number of red blood cells in the user′s blood. More specifically, the apparatus for simultaneously performing blood collection of a user and measurement of the number of red blood cells in the user′s blood comprises: a syringe accommodation unit which is a space where a syringe performing blood collection of the user is coupled; a diluent storage unit which includes a diluent for diluting red blood cells in the user′s blood; a hemocytometer to which blood passing through the diluent storage unit is smeared; a camera unit which takes an image of the blood smeared onto the hemocytometer; and a control unit which controls, when the user′s blood is collected by using the syringe coupled in the syringe accommodation unit, a predetermined amount of blood of the collected blood to move to the diluent storage unit, and controls the blood diluted in the diluent storage unit to be smeared onto the hemocytometer.
