An earth retaining wall structure using a hybrid cast-in-place pile (H-CIP) construction method, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: grouting columns; and a grouting water barrier wall which is formed between a concrete column formed by a previously installed CIP and the grouting column adjacent to the concrete column. Thus, the present invention reduces construction time and costs and improves stability as a water barrier wall is formed by the grouting water barrier wall.
