<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which reduces external noise superimposed on a thermistor electrode, suppresses a difference between temperature information, and reduces fluctuations of the oscillatory frequency. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device comprises: an element mounting member 110; a piezoelectric vibration element 120 mounted on the element mounting member 110 and having an electrode for excitation 122; and a thermistor electrode 140 provided in the element mounting member 110.
