摘要 The present invention relates to an apparatus to measure a thermal insulation performance of a pipe, accurately measuring the thermal insulation performance for each insulator by measuring a temperature, a pressure, an amount of boil-off of fuel and the like while applying the insulators to a real pipe, and to a method to measure the thermal insulation performance using the same. According to the present invention, the apparatus to measure the thermal insulation performance of the pipe comprises: a fluid supply part supplying liquefied nitrogen (LN_2); a test part including a test pipe having one end connected to the fluid supply part to allow liquefied nitrogen supplied from the fluid supply part, and having an insulator to be measured mounted on an outer side, and a sensing means measuring information of the thermal insulation performance including at least one among the temperature, pressure, the amount of boil-off of the fuel and the like; and a fluid collecting part connected to an other end of the test pipe, collecting the liquefied nitrogen entering inside the test pipe.
