The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a patterned wire substrate and to a method for manufacturing a solar cell module. The method for manufacturing a patterned wire substrate according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: applying an adhesive layer to one surface of an insulating member and attaching a metal foil layer; and patterning the metal foil layer. The method for manufacturing a solar cell module according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: applying conductive adhesive to the rear surfaces of multiple first and second electrodes arranged on the rear surface of a semiconductor substrate; arranging the above-mentioned insulating member of the patterned wire substrate on the rear surfaces of the multiple first and second electrodes; connecting multiple first and second wires to the multiple first and second electrodes by heat-treating the conductive adhesive; and exfoliating the insulating member by selectively etching the adhesive layer. Also, another embodiment of the present invention comprises the steps of: applying conductive adhesive to multiple first and second electrodes arranged on a semiconductor substrate; arranging and connecting metal foil layers to the rear surfaces of the multiple first and second electrodes; and forming multiple first and second conductive wires by selectively etching the metal foil layers.
