From a captured image of a baseball game including a plurality of frames stored in a storage unit, a plurality of consecutive frames, which have a predetermined characteristic and in which a change is detected in a ball count number, an out count number, or a runner number acquired from image information representing a game situation, are determined as a pitching scene. |
