Provided is a fast-dissolving oral film composition containing slow-release particles which comprise 150-200 parts by weight of one or more selected from the group composed of ethyl cellulose, Eudragit, and Kollidon, with respect to 100 parts by weight of fexofenadine or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. By producing the slow-release particles using fexofenadine or the pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, it is possible to maintain effective blood concentration in a patient′s body, and allow the patient to take medicine only one time a day, thereby increasing convenience in taking the medicine. Further, bitterness of fexofenadine is masked, and thus drug compliance increases. Even the patient with dysphagia, the old, and the infirm can easily take the medicine with ease since the composition is formulated in a film form. |
