<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shield shell capable of omitting plural shield members provided to a connector and an electric wire to reduce costs by collectively shielding connector connection sections of an inverter and a transaxle. <P>SOLUTION: A shield shell 1 covers a first connector connection section 51 of an inverter 72, and a second connector connection section 52 of a transaxle 73 in parallel to the inverter 72. The shield shell 1 comprises a first shell member 2 covering one of the first connector connection section 51 and the second connector connection section 52, and a second shell member 3 covering the other. An elastic piece 18 extending toward one of the first shell member 2 and the second shell member 3 is provided on the other of the first shell member 2 and the second shell member 3, and an extension piece 31 extending toward the other is provided on one of them.
