The present invention relates to an injection suspension agent including high-purity decursinol as an active ingredient. The decursinol is prepared by using an amino acid as a secondary solubilizing agent to dissolve decursinol and form a decursinol solution, executing an ultrasonic treatment process to the decursinol solution, and preparing decursinol. Preferably, the amino acid is basic amino acid including histidine, lysine, arginine, or a mixture thereof. The content of the amino acid can be 2-20 times more than that of decursinol. The ultrasonic treatment uses the frequency of 10-100 kHz and is executed for 5-20 minutes. The decursin or decursinol angelate can be transformed to decursinol used as an injection agent in order to ensure efficient use and cost-effectiveness while increasing absorption efficiency in the human body, thereby ensuring high decursinol use efficiency with a low dose.
