<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lamination-type filter element which improves precision in filtration for particles of micrometer order in size and is small in filtration resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The lamination-type filter element includes many plane plate-like filtration sheets 2 and plane plate-like spacer sheets 3, these sheets 2, 3 being alternately laminated. In this case, the filtration sheets 2 include: polygonal or circular annular filtration parts 21 whose surfaces are flat and smooth; a plurality of first supporting parts 22 which are extended, with intervals, in a radial direction from the centers of the annular filtration parts 21; and first pedestal parts 23 which are collectively connected to the front end parts of the first supporting parts 22 and are extended in the radial directions of the first supporting parts 22. The spacer sheets 3 include: second pedestal parts 32 which are nearly the same in shape as the first pedestal parts 23; and a plurality of second supporting parts 31 which are connected to the inner edges of the second pedestal parts 32, nearly the same in shape as the first supporting parts 22, and extended to the same directions as the first supporting parts 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
