PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an input device in which a light transmission region can be formed in a wide area and a manufacturing method for the same.SOLUTION: Column electrode layers 12 and row electrode layers 14 are formed of ITO layers. Portions of the column electrode layers 12 are covered by insulator layers 15, and connection conductive layers 18 formed thereon connect adjacent row electrode layers 14. The connection conduction layers 18 are formed of amorphous ITO layers and Au layers, and have total light transmittance of 60% or more. Translucent wiring layers 24, 25 are provided in a light transmission region 10a that are connected to the row electrode layers 14 of a first column (i) and a second column (ii). The translucent wiring layers 24, 25 are formed of the same material layers as those of the connection conductive layers 18 and formed by the same steps as those of the connection conductive layers 18.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
