PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure even temperature distribution in a longitudinal direction of a heating member.SOLUTION: A heating member includes: a substrate having insulation performance; an electrode provided along the longitudinal direction of the substrate at one end side and the other end side in a transverse direction crossing the longitudinal direction of the substrate; and a heating resistor electrically connected between the electrodes in the transverse direction of the substrate. The electrode has a conductive part provided along the longitudinal direction of the substrate and contacting with the heating resistor, and a power supply part connected to the conductive part and electrified to the conductive part. A contact part from the power supply part to the conductive part contacting with the heating resistor is provided at a center part in the longitudinal direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
