PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified asphalt composition having self-tackiness and capable of suppressing sagging and displacement when used for a waterproof sheet.SOLUTION: There is provided a modified asphalt composition which comprises asphalt, a naphthene oil and a butadiene rubber, wherein the butadiene rubber has a Mooney viscosity (ML) at 100°C of 36 to 50 and a 5% toluene solution viscosity (Tcp) at 25°C of 72 to 100.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
