PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracking method conversion circuit for encoder that can improve responsiveness as avoiding oscillation upon turning on a power.SOLUTION: A tracking method conversion circuit for encoder according to the present invention is configured to: obtain a control deviation &egr; from a sinusoidal signal having a phase to be output from an encoder mutually shifted at 90°; and multiply the control deviation &egr; by a gain to obtain a digital position signal &phgr; from the control deviation &egr;. An amplifier 5 is configured to: multiply the control deviation &egr; by a first gain until a prescribed time has elapsed since a power of the tracking method conversion circuit for encoder is tuned on; and multiply the control deviation &egr; by a second gain larger than the first gain after the prescribed time has elapsed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
