PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polishing kit for polishing a concavity of a metallic article, a polishing jig, and a manufacturing method and a polishing method of the metallic article, that are capable of polishing the concavity of the metallic article more efficiently than a conventional polishing method or the like and thereby obtain an improved polishing quality.SOLUTION: Provided is a polishing kit for polishing a concavity of a metallic article having a concave surface. The concave surface of the metallic article has substantially rotation symmetry, and hardness of the concave surface of the metallic article is HV 100 to HV 800. The polishing kit includes: a polishing jig which has a convex surface of a shape that is complementary to a continuous region covering a rotation symmetry center of the concave surface of the metallic article and partly a peripheral edge part, and in which Shore A hardness of the convex surface is 45 to 80; and an abrasive material which is adapted so as to be disposed facing the convex surface of the polishing jig.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
