PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus capable of improving image quality without lowering sensitivity.SOLUTION: The imaging apparatus has a plurality of pixels arranged in a pixel region. Each of the plurality of pixels is provided with a photoelectric conversion element which includes a first electrode formed on a substrate, a photoelectric conversion layer formed on the first electrode, and a second electrode formed on the photoelectric conversion layer. The imaging apparatus also has: a conductive member included in a wiring layer between the substrate and the first electrode; and a first contact part arranged in the pixel region and electrically connecting the second electrode to the conductive member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
