PURPOSE: A method of manufacturing footwear flooring material having sparklers surface layer and a footwear flooring material using the same method are provided to guarantee the safety of the wearing footwear person and obtain the fanciness and the aesthetical sensation. CONSTITUTION: The method of manufacturing footwear flooring material having sparklers surface layer includes: a step(S10) of deposing an outer surface on a shoes material by using the adhesive; a step(S20) of adhering and forming a sparkler layer by depositing the sparklers on the outer surface of the shoes material deposited with the adhesive; a step(S30) of depositing an exfoliation prevention coating layer for preventing the exfoliation of the sparklers on the upper part of the sparklers layer adhered with the sparklers; and a step(S40) of desiccating the exfoliation prevention coating layer. |
