PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology of preventing function setting information from being illegally acquired by a third party.SOLUTION: A CPU 30 of an MFP 10 supplies 802.1x authentication information on a memory 32 to an authentication server 100. The CPU 30 causes the memory 32 to store function setting information used in other MFPs 50 when 802.1x authentication in the authentication server 100 is successful (YES in S12), or controls the memory 32 not to store the function setting information used in other MFPs 50 when 802.1x authentication in the authentication server 100 fails (NO in S12).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
