PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the configuration of an image formation device including a plurality of light sources each having a plurality of light emitting points.SOLUTION: An exposure device (scanner unit 1) includes: a plurality of light emitting points LD11 and LD12; a plurality of light sources (multibeam lasers LD1 to LD4) corresponding to a plurality of photoreceptors, respectively; a deflector (polygon mirror 40) deflecting lights emitted from the light emitting points of the light sources; and a writing sensor 80A detecting a light emitted from one of the light emitting points. A storage unit stores parameters corresponding to the light emitting points, respectively, which are related to a writing time from the detection of light by the writing sensor 80A to emission of light to be applied over the surfaces of the photoreceptors by the light emitting points. A controller controls the time when each light emitting point emits a light to be applied over the surface of the photoreceptor based on the detection results obtained by the writing sensor 80A and the parameters stored in the storage unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
