PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video transmission device, a video transmission method, and a video transmission program that can efficiently transmit video data to an external device while reducing a load on a mobile communication network.SOLUTION: A video transmission device 1 comprises: a mobile radio communication unit 20; a short-range radio communication unit 21; an analysis unit 15 for obtaining sensor information including a video signal produced by a camera 11; a determination unit 16 for determining priority in transmitting video data generated from the video signal to the outside on the basis of the sensor information; a storage unit 18 for storing the video data together with the priority; and a communication control unit 19 that, when the video transmission device transmits the video data to the outside, has the mobile radio communication unit 20 transmit the video data if the corresponding priority is a prescribed level or above, and has the short-range radio communication unit 21 transmit the video data if the corresponding priority is below the prescribed level.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
