PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display device, head-mounted display, and a deflection unit that can suppress a user's work from being hindered when a deflection member is removed.SOLUTION: A head-mounted display includes an image light unit, a holder 5 that holds a deflection member that deflects image light, and a housing 12. The housing 12 includes three extension parts (first extension part, second extension part 22A, and third extension part 23A) that extend between the left side of the image light unit and left ends 21C, 22C, and 23C parts of the housing 12. A first rear face 21B is in contact with the holder 5 in an attached state. The first rear face 21B is provided with a second regulating member 211. A second rear face is provided with a front-side first regulating member and a rear-side first regulating member 221B. A third rear face 23B is provided with the front-side first regulating member 231A and the rear-side first regulating member.
