PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finder optical system that offers a sufficiently long eye relief and high observation magnification.SOLUTION: A finder optical system for observing an object image formed on a predetermined plane 3 includes, in order from the predetermined plane side to the observation side, a condenser lens 4 having positive refractive power, an image inversion member 5 for forming an erected image, a first lens group L1 having negative refractive power, a second lens group L2 having positive refractive power, and a third lens group L3 having positive or negative refractive power. The third lens group includes a positive lens G3p. The second lens group moves while adjusting a diopter. The focal length f1 of the first lens group, the focal length f3p of the positive lens G3p, and the focal length f of the finder optical system are each appropriately set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
