The present invention discloses a fabric type independent power plant having a structure of increasing frictional electricity harvest, and a fabric product having the same. The fabric type independent power plant includes: a first friction unit (110) comprising an electrode member (111) made of electroconductive fiber, and a first friction member (112) made of a first thread (113) with electronegativity having a fixed electronegativity number; a second friction unit (120) comprising an electrode member (121) made of electroconductive fiber, a second friction member (122) made of a second thread with electronegativity having a fixed electronegativity number; and a power withdrawal unit (130) providing frictional electricity generated by friction between the first friction member (112) and the second friction member (122) to an external electronic device.
